A unique open-air festival "TENGRI music" took place in Bishkek. For European countries, such concerts are a good tradition, while for Kyrgyz art lovers, this event was held for the first time. Despite the rain and chilly wind, a large number of spectators gathered in Victory Park named after D. Asanov. It is worth noting that the guests dressed appropriately, with some even wearing bow ties. Passersby slowed their pace, and the beautiful music drew all park visitors together. However, most of the audience came to the "Southern Gates" specifically for this concert.

Guests gathered to the sounds of the brass band, settled into the chairs set up, and took seats closer to the stage. Admission to the event was free.

That evening, musicians from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Turkey performed for the residents of Bishkek. Among the guests were various public figures, artists, and even the mayor Kubanychbek Kulmatov. As the organizers note, the main goal of the event is to promote the culture of classical music as an essential component of the successful and harmonious development of the city's society and, in general, the country.

- Classical music has come to the city – to the open air and is accessible to everyone. I would very much like our Bishkek to be very civilized and a bit European. After all, abroad, people often gather on lawns and listen to music. Today the weather is not sunny, but even in the rain, people are enjoying the performances of the artists. "Tengri" is the music of the sky, it is an experimental project, and we want to hold similar events in other parts of the city. I hope that such concerts will become a good tradition in Kyrgyzstan, - said the event organizer Victoria Yurtaeva.

The evening opened with the youngest violinists, who brought smiles to the faces of the guests.

The concert program featured the Bishkek City Hall Orchestra, Kazakh tenor Sayan Isin, Kyrgyz pianist Gulshan Konusheva, and the domestic quintet SOL’TADOS. The stage also welcomed the famous musician, guest from Turkey Erkan Mehmet Karagule, who amazed the audience with his heartfelt performance on the classical guitar. The guests were also delighted by the members of the presidential chamber orchestra "Manas," led by the honored artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Ernis Asanaliev. This festival was simply wonderful, and the audience was satisfied, as it is not every day that one can hear masterpieces of world classics under the open sky!
