The heads of administrative districts have been instructed to organize and coordinate beautification and sanitation work in collaboration with municipal territorial administrations, as well as to establish interaction with property owners and homeowners' associations. It is important to engage public organizations and business entities, as well as ensure timely removal of solid household waste, preventing the formation of unauthorized dumps and controlling the sanitary condition of areas, including markets and mini-markets.
According to paragraph 168 of the Rules for the Improvement of the City of Bishkek, approved by the resolution of the Bishkek City Council on August 29, 2025, No. 150, all leaders, employees of organizations, and citizens are required to participate in monthly sanitation and beautification activities in the assigned and adjacent areas.
