The event was attended by the Minister of Natural Resources Akyl Toktobaev and the Mayor of the city of Osh, Janar Akayev.
As part of this project, a plan is being implemented to restore the ecology and green the territory of the Khakhlov cemetery. On this site, the municipal enterprise "Greening Combine" planted 1,300 seedlings that were grown in a local nursery.
During the campaign, trees of six different species were planted, including birch, aronia, chestnut, red maple, and ash.
The director of the greening enterprise of the city of Osh, Azamat Sovetbek uulu, emphasized that this initiative will significantly improve the environmental situation and expand the area of green spaces in the city.
