The village elder, Zhenishbek Asanbaev, reported that the source "Kainar Byalak," located six kilometers from the village, has passed an examination confirming the presence of silver and 32 mineral elements. "This source was already tested during Soviet times. In recent years, one of the local residents sent water samples for analysis to Kara-Balta, where the presence of 32 minerals was also confirmed. We are currently developing a project for the construction of a water bottling plant and are looking for an investor," noted Asanbaev.
According to him, water samples have already been sent to Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and Kazakhstan.
The initiative has been reviewed by the presidential representative in the region, Bakytbek Zhetigenov. He suggested that local authorities consider creating a small municipal enterprise if they are unable to find an investor.
However, local authorities note that significant investments will be required to open such an enterprise. Zhetigenov believes that large investments are not needed at the initial stage.
The Akim of the Ak-Suu district, Kanatbek Kaldaraliev, reported that in the future, water from this source could be supplied to the ski resort "Ala-Tuu Resort." "I conducted a survey and found out that water is brought to Issyk-Kul from Bishkek, from different brands. There is a 120-meter well in the Pristan-Przhevalsk area, but its composition is still unknown," he added.
According to Zhetigenov, quality glass packaging will be required for supplies to the ski resort. Akim Kaldaraliev also reported the start of bottled water production near the "Zhyrgalan" resort.
Additionally, a project is being considered for the construction of a large plant near the source in Pioneer, with an estimated investment of 3 million dollars.

Zhanibek Dogdurbek uulu, the chairman of the youth association "Chyraak," stated that last year laboratory tests of water near the former grain storage on the outskirts of the village of Chyraak confirmed the presence of silver.
