Despite the fact that the total volume of housing commissioned in the EAEU decreased by 0.3% compared to the same period in 2024, some countries are experiencing growth. For instance, in Armenia, this indicator increased by 73.2%, in Kyrgyzstan by 31.4%, in Belarus by 7.8%, and in Kazakhstan by 3.9%.
In Armenia, 1 million 608.6 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, in Kyrgyzstan 1 million 491.4 thousand square meters, in Belarus 3 million 561.7 thousand square meters, in Kazakhstan 16 million 949 thousand square meters, and in Russia 91 million 548 thousand square meters.
