The established price applies to milk with a fat content of 3.4%
According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, as of today, the price for raw milk that farmers sell to processing enterprises can reach 48 soms depending on the region.
In particular, in the Chuy region, the price ranges from 35 to 47 soms, in the Talas region — from 32 to 41 soms, and in the Issyk-Kul region — from 34 to 48 soms.
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 724 dated December 2, 2024, the price for raw milk is established taking into account a basic fat content of 3.4%.
