In accordance with the new decree signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev, preferential tariffs for railway transportation of coal intended for the Bishkek Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHPP) have been established. These changes pertain to the decree dated May 28, 2025, No. 282, which concerns the preparation of economic sectors for the autumn-winter season of 2025/2026.

The document makes adjustments to the regulation of tariffs for the transportation of coal that will be used by the capital's heat plant.

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications, has been tasked with establishing maximum tariffs for coal transportation for the CHPP, not exceeding 50 soms per ton per kilometer on routes from the stations "Rybachye," "Tokmok," "Kant," and "Alamedin."

Additionally, from December 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, a coefficient of 0.75 will apply to the established tariffs for coal transportation on routes from the station "Rybachye" to the stations "Shopokov," "Belovodskoye," and "Kara-Balta," including all additional fees and surcharges.
