In the first three quarters of this year, residents paid 16.8 million soms, of which 7.1 million were in the first quarter.
For comparison, in the third quarter of 2024, revenues were only 1.5 million soms.
The total revenue of the residents of the Creative Industries Park in 2025 reached 915 million soms.Mamatova clarified that the residents of the CPI benefit from a special tax regime, which provides for a single tax rate of 1% compared to 4-6% in the standard regime. The income tax is 5%, and social contributions are 12% of the actual salary. Residents quarterly allocate 1% of their income to a fund for the development of creative industries.
Starting in 2027, the tax rate will increase to 2% and will remain unchanged.
The funds collected at the rate of 1% of revenue are directed towards supporting and developing the park, ensuring the functioning of the creative ecosystem.
Currently, the number of residents is 165 legal entities, among which 20 have foreign investments. These companies create 707 jobs.
It should be noted that those who work under a patent, including artisans and representatives of other seasonal creative professions, cannot become residents of the CPI.
