Users are facing difficulties when making payments for goods and services
On March 19, a major failure occurred in the banking applications in Kyrgyzstan, causing dissatisfaction among users who report issues when paying for goods and services through the ELQR system.
The JSC "Interbank Processing Center" noted that there are currently temporary difficulties in performing certain operations through ELQR.
Representatives of the JSC added: "Our partner is already working on resolving the causes of the malfunctions".
