The Minister of Economy and Commerce, Bakyt Sydykov, confirmed on the air of "Birinchi Radio" that the presidential moratorium on inspections of enterprises does not apply to the Tax and Customs Services, as well as the Civil Aviation Agency.

According to him, the decree signed by President Sadyr Japarov on March 14 aims to maintain stability in the economy and assist businesses. According to this document, inspections by state regulatory bodies will be limited until the end of the current year, December 31.

Sydykov emphasized that some structures will continue their work as usual. "The Tax Service, Customs Service, and Civil Aviation Agency are not subject to restrictions, as their functions must be performed continuously," the minister explained.

In addition, the decree introduces a new concept — "friendly inspection" or "friendly audit."

Within the framework of such inspections related to complaints or issues of state security, the main focus will be on consultative support, while the imposition of fines and other measures of influence will be minimized.
