Note "Elkart" is the national payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic, operated by the Closed Joint Stock Company "Interbank Processing Center." For over 20 years, Elkart has united banks and financial organizations in the country, offering innovative solutions for domestic, international, and cross-border operations.
Arca is the national payment system of Armenia, operating for more than 25 years and providing technological support for banks, card processing, payment solutions, and interbank services. Arca also manages the instant payment system ArcaPay, where a unified national QR code, ArcaQR, was recently introduced.
