According to the information from his statement, on January 2 at around 14:00, his daughter, born in 2010, left the house and has not returned since.
The statement was registered in the information log of the Karakol police department, after which search activities were initiated.
As a result of the conducted activities, the girl was found and handed over to the juvenile affairs inspection of the local police department.
During the interrogation, which took place in the presence of her mother, the minor reported that on January 7 in the village of Ak-Suu, in an unfamiliar house, she was subjected to violence.
This information was also recorded in the log of the Karakol police department, and a preliminary investigation was initiated. Additionally, a forensic medical examination was appointed for the girl. Since the incident occurred in the territory of the Ak-Suu district, the relevant materials were transferred in accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic for further investigation.
This case was registered in the Crime Record Book of the Ak-Suu district police department, and based on the signs provided in Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, a criminal case was initiated regarding sexual acts with a child under the age of sixteen.
During the investigative activities, two residents of the village of Ak-Suu, O. U. and B. K., both born in 2006, were detained. During the interrogation, they confessed to their guilt and were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Articles 96 and 97 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
