
Adilet Orozbekov.
This position was previously held by Rustam Mamasadykov, who was relieved of his duties due to his new appointment as the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Information about the new Secretary Adilet Orozbekov was born in 1978. He graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan with a degree in "diplomacy and international law" and underwent training at the FSB Academy of the Russian Federation. Orozbekov is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, and holds the rank of 1st class advisor of the state civil service and the title of colonel.
Adilet Orozbekov's career began in 2001 in the national security agencies, where he worked as an operational officer and held various positions, including leadership roles, until 2017. Here is a list of his professional path:
- 2007-2009 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Department for the Protection of the Constitutional Order of the State National Security Service of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 2009-2010 - Head of the International Cooperation Department, Deputy Head of the Department - Head of the International Cooperation Department of the State National Security Service of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 2012-2017 - Chief Expert of the Anti-Terrorism Center of the State National Security Service of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Since 2017, worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the office of the national coordinator for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization;
- 2017-2019 - Referent of the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Beijing;
- 2023-2024 - Expert of the Situational Center of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Since December 2025 - State Inspector of the Defense, Law and Order, and Security Department of the Office for Monitoring the Implementation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
