According to the presidential decree, Sadyr Japarov has signed a document appointing Adilet Orozbekov as the Secretary of the Security Council. This information was provided by the information policy service of the administration of the head of state.

This position was previously held by Rustam Mamasadykov, who was relieved of his duties due to his new appointment as the First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Information about the new Secretary Adilet Orozbekov was born in 1978. He graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan with a degree in "diplomacy and international law" and underwent training at the FSB Academy of the Russian Federation. Orozbekov is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, and holds the rank of 1st class advisor of the state civil service and the title of colonel.
