In connection with the incident, the Bishkek State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center conducted an unscheduled inspection of the establishment: samples of ingredients, swabs from equipment, and remnants of finished products were taken, and the staff was examined. Based on the results of the inspection, three protocols were drawn up, and fines totaling 41,000 soms were imposed on the establishment.
The fast food restaurant was closed and sealed on January 15. An epidemiological investigation is ongoing.
