An automated system is in operation at the Bishkek ambulance service, - Chief Doctor of the Emergency Medical Center

In Bishkek, a new automated system for the rapid reception and processing of calls has been implemented at the Emergency Medical Center. This was reported by the chief physician of the institution, Iskender Shayahmetov. 

According to him, the system provides continuous monitoring of the patient, starting from the moment the call is received. Each request is recorded in the database and tracked until the call is completed. Patients can use a personal account to view their request history.

Additionally, when the team is approximately 500 meters from the call location, the system automatically marks their arrival, and the patient receives a notification about it.

Shayahmetov noted: "All calls are registered and stored in the system. If a call is not completed, it cannot be closed in the daily report. Thus, automation allows for increased control over the work of the teams and ensures transparency of the service."
