Starting from January 13, 2026, citizens will have the opportunity to send their questions and suggestions directly to the Prime Minister through the E-Mongolia and D-Gov.mn platforms.
The government has been implementing the D-Gov.mn electronic governance system for several years, aiming to create a citizen-centered policy and ensure active public participation. This portal allows people to submit their initiatives, proposals, and solutions on various issues. If these ideas receive sufficient support, they may be brought to discussion at Cabinet meetings for political decision-making.
In addition to the existing hotline 11-11, citizens can now take advantage of two new digital platforms to ask their questions of interest and send their proposals directly to the Prime Minister.
