The Bishkek city hall announced the possibility of submitting comments and suggestions regarding the General Plan for the city's development until January 19, 2026.
It is worth noting that on January 12, 2026, the results of the analysis of citizens' appeals were published on the city hall's website.
According to the Regulation "On Conducting Public Hearings of Urban Planning Documentation in the Kyrgyz Republic," citizens have the right to send their proposals and comments to the local executive body that organized the hearings within seven calendar days from the date the protocol is published, as stated in the official message.
Thus, if citizens have disagreements regarding the presented protocol, they can submit their proposals by January 19, 2026, provided they participated in the discussion earlier, by December 25, 2025.
All appeals can be submitted through the official website of the Bishkek city hall in the "Citizen Appeals" section or provided in printed form at the city hall's single window at the address: Chuy Avenue, 166, indicating "General Plan 2050" on the envelope, in accordance with the KR law "On the Procedure for Considering Citizens' Appeals."
It should also be noted that the zoning scheme of the project is not yet final and will be refined taking into account all received proposals.
