Announcement from the Bishkek City Hall regarding public hearings
The discussion of the Bishkek General Plan project, which covers the period until 2050, will take place on December 24 and 25, 2025.
On December 24, meetings will begin at 10:00 AM in the Lenin District at 168a Chuy Avenue, and at 2:00 PM in the Pervomaisky District at the same address.
The following day, December 25, the hearings will be held at 10:00 AM in the municipal administration building of the Oktyabrsky District and at 2:00 PM in the Sverdlovsky District at 200/1 Usenbaev Avenue.
According to the press service of the city hall, registration for participation in the event is required by December 23, 2025, by contacting the district administrations.
“These hearings will provide an opportunity for residents to express their ideas and questions regarding the development of infrastructure and the urban environment until 2050,” the statement noted.
