During the discussion of the General Plan for the Development of Bishkek until 2050, Deputy Mayor Azamat Kadyrov emphasized the improvement of transport interchanges and the provision of housing for the city's residents.

According to him, the developers plan to implement a new traffic structure, which includes three rings: outer, inner, and small. The outer ring will consist of bypass roads in the north, east, south, and west of the city, which will help redistribute traffic flows and reduce the load on central streets.

Furthermore, Kadyrov noted that the city's plans for the coming years include the construction of more than 24 million square meters of housing. This is necessary due to the expected increase in population and the need to improve living conditions. "The existing housing standards do not meet the needs, so it is essential to significantly increase construction volumes," he added.

The Deputy Mayor also mentioned the lack of social facilities in the capital. The authorities are aware of this problem and will take the necessary measures to address it in the coming years.
