According to the police, on December 20, 2025, S. M. filed a complaint. He stated that on November 2, 2025, a stranger named A. gained his trust and purchased a cow for 102,500 soms, but never paid for it. After the transaction, the suspect turned off his phone and disappeared.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was registered under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.
Investigative authorities have also determined that this individual may be involved in more than five similar crimes in the Sokuluk district. Currently, his connection to other similar cases in Bishkek and the Chui region is being investigated.
The investigation is ongoing.
