As a result of operational actions by law enforcement, the identity of the author of the threats was established — he turned out to be an eighth-grade student from one of the local schools. According to GKNB data, the teenager was under the influence of outsiders on the internet and was experiencing psychological pressure.
The detained individual has been handed over to investigative authorities for further procedural actions.
GKNB clarified that criminal liability for serious crimes, including threats of terrorism, begins at the age of 14. Such acts are punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.
