It has been established that on February 1, 1981, J. A., a resident of the Jalal-Abad region, quarreled with his younger brother J. K., born in 1991, after they had consumed alcohol. During the argument, the younger brother struck with a knife, resulting in the older brother dying on the spot.
After the incident, the suspect attempted to flee but was apprehended and placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, necessary examinations are being conducted, and investigative actions are ongoing.
