A complaint was received by the police from one of the residents of the capital, who reported the actions of his acquaintance. According to him, since January 2026, she had been demanding 5 million soms from him, threatening physical harm and imprisonment.
This case has been registered under Article 208 ("Extortion") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement officers were able to detain the young woman, K.A., born in 2007, at the moment she was receiving 300,000 soms. She has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
