The incident occurred on February 10, when the police received a report from the hospital about a man who was brought in critical condition after being beaten. A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene, and the fact was registered under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Causing serious bodily harm").
As a result of operational activities, a 41-year-old suspect, known by the initials A.A., was detained. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing, during which the possible connection of the detainee to other crimes is being checked.
