Events unfolded on February 8, when the police received a report from the National Hospital about a patient with injuries. An investigative operational group from the Pervomaisky Internal Affairs Directorate was dispatched to the scene, where it was determined that a 34-year-old man had been brought to the hospital by ambulance staff after being beaten.
This incident was registered under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the infliction of serious harm to health.
During operational activities, the suspect, 49-year-old K.T., was detained and is currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is also considering the possibility of his involvement in other crimes.
