
According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, the incident occurred on February 14 at around 00:30 in the village of Petrovka in the Moscow district. Citizens T.M., T.J., and K.K., while under the influence of alcohol, arrived in Petrovka from Bishkek. Meeting on Frunze Street with A.E. and his friends, they began to argue, which quickly escalated into a fight.
During the conflict, T.M. inflicted a knife wound on A.E., thereby violating public order and norms of behavior.
After the incident, the suspects T.J., T.M., and K.K. left the scene in a car.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (hooliganism). Currently, forensic examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
During operational activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain T.J. and T.M., both born in 2003, who were placed in a temporary detention facility. Investigative actions are aimed at clarifying all circumstances of the case and identifying possible accomplices.
