According to the information provided, the incident occurred on the night of February 14 at around 00:30. Citizens T.M., T.J., and K.K., while under the influence of alcohol, arrived from Bishkek to the village of Petrovka. On Frunze Street, they encountered A.E. and his friends, which led to a verbal altercation and then to a fight.
During the conflict, T.M., who grossly violated public order, inflicted a knife wound on A.E.
After the incident, T.J., T.M., and K.K. fled the scene in a Honda vehicle.
This case was registered with the police department of the Moscow district. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, T.J. and T.M., both born in 2003, were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
