According to law enforcement, the incident occurred on February 9, 2026, around 10:30 PM in the residential area "Tynchtyk." A young man, acting out of hooligan motives, damaged the side mirrors of a Honda Odyssey. During the conflict, he also struck the vehicle's owner, N. U., causing him bodily injuries. The victim was forced to seek medical assistance at one of the city hospitals.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Hooliganism," and appropriate examinations have been appointed.
In Bishkek, a man beat a driver and broke the side windows of his car.
During operational activities, the suspect, born in 2006, T. Sh., was identified and taken to the investigative authorities. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
