The agency was able to identify the girl's parents and drew up a protocol against them under part 3 of Article 184 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Consequently, they were fined 15,000 soms.
The department emphasized that allowing minors to drive cars is a serious offense that threatens both the safety of the child and other road users.
