A case has been initiated under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the receipt of a bribe.
The suspect turned out to be T.M., the former head of correctional facility No. 27, born in 1984. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.
The investigation is ongoing.
