According to the information from the press service of the courts of Kursk region, a request from the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs was considered regarding placing Akhatjanov in a special facility. After completing his prison term, he is subject to immediate deportation.

Akhatjanov spent 4.5 years in a strict regime colony for attempting to sell drugs. He was released on February 27, but was not allowed to stay in Russia due to the lack of legal grounds for residence, as well as incomplete registration and absence of legal income.

Because his stay in Russia has been deemed undesirable, the police initiated the deportation process. The court ruled that time is needed to prepare all necessary documents and arrange for escort. As a result, Akhatjanov will remain in the special detention center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs until April 27.
