According to the investigation, the suspect, a resident of Sumbul (A.H.), while working at the airline ticket office, gained the trust of clients and convinced them to transfer money for airline tickets to his personal bank card. However, it turned out that the promised tickets were never issued.
To date, the police have received statements from 13 victims, and this number may increase, which would raise the total damage.
A criminal case has been opened in the Leilek internal affairs department under the article "Fraud." The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing.
