The enforcement proceedings concerned A.L.A., who owed alimony for the support of his child, and were under the supervision of the Suzak district department of the Bailiff Service.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the debtor had long failed to fulfill his alimony obligations. As a result, the case materials were forwarded to law enforcement agencies for further investigation in accordance with the provisions of Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the decision of the Suzak district court dated March 11, 2026, A.L.A. was found guilty under part 2 of Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and received a sentence of one year of imprisonment.
