As a result of the preliminary investigation, the materials related to this incident were forwarded to the Public Security Service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Sverdlovsk district. A protocol was drawn up against G.D. under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
