According to information provided by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, some officials of the rural administration, using their official powers, transferred land plots with a total area of 2.35 hectares into private ownership in this locality during 2022–2023, without any applications from citizens and ignoring the established procedures.
Based on these facts, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to abuse of official position.
Currently, the necessary investigative actions are being carried out.
