
Resident of the capital, Khabibi Ulanova, filed a complaint against him
The Oktyabrsky District Court in Bishkek has ruled to impose a fine on Nurlan Motuyev for defamation, according to information received from judicial authorities.
Khabibi Ulanova, a resident of Bishkek, accused Motuyev of spreading false information, which led to the filing of the lawsuit.
The court found him guilty under Article 107, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, imposing a fine of 20,000 soms.
In addition, Ulanova is also pursuing legal action against her former common-law husband, Mirbek Miyarov, who previously held the position of plenipotentiary representative of the government in the Chui region. The case is being heard in the same Oktyabrsky District Court.
