Parents complain about a virus outbreak among children. Will there be a quarantine?
According to information from the Ministry of Education, the incidence of illness among students has a seasonal nature, which excludes the need for introducing quarantine in the near future.
The Ministry of Health also confirmed that the closure of schools is not planned. Deputy Minister of Health Bubuzhan Arykbaeva noted: "We will not close schools, as children's attendance is being monitored. At the moment, there are no grounds for closure."
It should be noted that in recent days, numerous appeals regarding an outbreak of the virus among children have started to appear on social media and in parent groups. Parents report that in some classes, half of the students are absent due to illness.
