According to information received by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, law enforcement agencies learned about a closed WhatsApp group where more than 60 participants offered their services in prestigious hotels in the city for amounts ranging from $300 to $1,000.
A criminal case has been initiated by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the First May District under Article 160 "Promotion of Prostitution and Immorality" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.During the investigation, it was established that the group's activities were coordinated through a closed WhatsApp group called "Reserve." Several managers worked in it, and the alleged founder is located outside the country.
To confirm the information, law enforcement officers conducted a "controlled purchase," sending three girls to one of the saunas in Bishkek. After receiving the money, they were detained. The detainees were A. A. (born in 2003), K. N. (born in 2003), and I. K. (born in 1997).
The group's manager, 24-year-old Sh. S., has been accused of organizing this activity. The court decided on her house arrest due to family circumstances.
The investigation is ongoing.
