During the meeting, important issues related to the industry were discussed. In particular, in connection with the implementation of the project for the construction of the Balikchy — Bokonbaev — Karakol road, reprimands were issued to the First Deputy Minister of Transport S.T.O., the Director of the Road Management Department A.K.K., as well as to the heads of the state enterprise "Design and Survey Institute 'Kyrgyzdortransproject'" — A.T.N. and O.K.K.
The minister emphasized that this project is under the personal control of the Deputy Prime Minister Kamchybek Tashiev. He urged to expedite the work, paying special attention to quality, in order to complete the project on time.
Syrgabaev also noted the importance of road maintenance during the winter period and the need for careful monitoring of their condition. He demanded that those leaders who are not fulfilling their duties submit applications for resignation from their positions.
It should be reminded that earlier the Chairman of the State National Security Committee Kamchybek Tashiev expressed dissatisfaction regarding the repair of the 141-kilometer section of the road, which began in 2021 and is still not completed. In response, strict warnings were issued to the responsible persons and contractors. Additionally, the head of the state committee ordered the arrest of the founder of LLC "Kyrgyz Zhol Kurolysh" Mirlan Isagaliev due to the untimely completion of repairs on the Balikchy — Bokonbaev — Karakol road section.
