According to the collected data, 54.7% of survey participants highlighted "the construction of apartment buildings, schools, hospitals, kindergartens, and stadiums" as the main priority. In second place, with 29.3% of respondents, was "the construction of roads." Additionally, 19.2% of those surveyed pointed to "the launch of new enterprises and factories," while 16.2% noted the importance of "fighting corruption and illegal privatization." Furthermore, 13.2% of people emphasized that "resolving border issues" with neighbors is relevant.
The aim of this research was to identify the social sentiments and expectations of the citizens of Kyrgyzstan at the end of 2025 and before the beginning of 2026. The survey was conducted in an online format based on the CISR panel, with the participation of 1,039 people living in seven regions of the country and in Bishkek.
