According to the press service, residents of Shopokov are expressing concern about the operation of the local metal processing plant and rebar production, which is harming the environment.
Citizens report that for a long time they have been raising issues related to the smoke in the area, the presence of smog, and the deterioration of living conditions in the region, which negatively affects the health of the local population.
In response to these complaints, Azamat Osmonov visited the plant to familiarize himself with its operations, check the organization of emissions, and the presence of cleaning and filtration systems. He ordered a comprehensive inspection of the enterprise's activities by the relevant state authorities, including environmental and sanitary services, to assess the legal and environmental aspects of its operations and take necessary measures within the framework of the legislation.
An analysis of the actions and inactions of the responsible authorities will also be conducted.
