In an official statement, it was indicated that all commercial establishments, including cafés and restaurants, must ensure the availability of their own parking areas for guests.
The reason for this decision stems from traffic issues. Despite improvements and expansions of the streets, unorganized parking along the roads leads to congestion and reduced traffic capacity.
Although local authorities have tried to explain to entrepreneurs the necessity of complying with these regulations, many continue to ignore them.
As an example of a negligent establishment, the popular café "Atabek" was mentioned, which has received yet another warning. This café accommodates 200 visitors, but the parking is only designed for 25 cars. According to the city hall's calculations, with such occupancy, the café should have at least 120 parking spaces.
If the requirements are not met, the city authorities intend to take appropriate measures.
