
Changes in the driving education system were announced by the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic
In Kyrgyzstan, new norms have been introduced and the cost of driver education has changed. These innovations were announced by the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Training for obtaining a category "B" driver's license will take 10 months, which corresponds to 480 hours. The course includes theory of traffic rules, first aid in case of accidents, legal aspects and driver ethics, as well as the psychophysiological foundations of driving.
For those who want to obtain a category "C" license, 10 months (422 hours) of training will also be required.
For those planning to master both categories simultaneously, the training will last 12 months (576 hours).
The number of questions on the exams has increased from 750 to 2000, and in the future, it is planned to use artificial intelligence for conducting exams.
As for the cost of training, it will change. Previously, the average price ranged from 25,000 to 25,000 soms, but the exact new amount has not yet been announced by the Presidential Administration.
All interested parties will be able to submit applications for obtaining a driver's license through a special platform.
