In Kyrgyzstan, an information campaign week has been launched, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, dedicated to the implementation of automated systems in the agricultural sector. One of the key technologies is the "Sanarip VET" system, designed for complete control over the movement of animals and animal products, as well as for transitioning to electronic veterinary documents.
Currently, "Sanarip VET" is actively used at all border veterinary points and territorial administrations. Specialists and inspectors apply this system daily: it allows for the mandatory registration of all animals and animal products entering the country. Attention to veterinary documents, certificates, and inspection reports is now focused on electronic processing, which significantly simplifies the process and reduces the risks of forgery that previously existed with paper documentation.
The "Sanarip VET" system is integrated with the state platforms "Tündük" and the Unified Identification System Infocom, which ensures the confirmation of electronic documents using an electronic digital signature (EDS). Currently, it processes four types of veterinary certificates for the EAEU and 49 certificates for goods from third countries, significantly speeding up border procedures and increasing the transparency of processes.
The main task of implementing "Sanarip VET" is to ensure the identification and traceability of all products under veterinary control, prevent counterfeiting, and enhance food safety in the country. Additionally, the system facilitates interaction between the central apparatus of the veterinary service, its territorial divisions, and border points.
The Ministry emphasizes that it currently operates 35 information systems, of which 22 are fully functional, and 10 are in development. The "Sanarip VET" system is one of the most important, as it directly affects the safety of animal products and the effectiveness of veterinary control.
