During the visit, Mamirov conducted explanatory work with the checkpoint personnel, emphasizing the inadmissibility of importing seedlings from Uzbekistan without the necessary certificates and accompanying documents. The main goal of these measures is to comply with phytosanitary standards and prevent illegal circulation.
In addition, a meeting was held with local gardeners from the village of Arpasai, where the issue of stopping the illegal circulation of seedlings was discussed. The service specialists emphasized the importance of creating a single cooperative to organize the activities of gardeners.
Participants in the meeting were also informed about the conditions for providing state preferential loans, the possibilities of leasing agricultural machinery, and the procedure for obtaining certificates for produced seedlings. Within the framework of the "30+20+10" project, support measures aimed at expanding production and creating new jobs in agriculture were announced.
During the meeting, Abdumalik Mamirov emphasized the significance of phytosanitary safety as an important element of the country's food security. He stressed the need to combat smuggling and strictly adhere to legislation to completely halt the circulation of uncertified seedlings. Mamirov noted that only the joint efforts of state control bodies and gardeners can effectively prevent illegal circulation.
As a result of the discussion, it was decided that compliance with legislation, the development of quality and certified seedling production, and active participation in state programs should become the main priorities for gardeners and farmers.
