In Kyrgyzstan, an agreement on public-private partnership has been signed, which involves the construction of a new tunnel "Kelechek" at the Too-Ashuu pass. The project, which will cost 640 million dollars, will be fully financed by a private partner. The length of the tunnel will be 11.5 kilometers, providing safe and year-round communication on one of the country's main transport routes.
