Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev pointed out key issues in the tourism sector, among which are the fragmentation of services (such as visas, logistics, and insurance) and the lack of a unified center for coordinating tourism processes.
"Travelers should not face bureaucratic obstacles and language difficulties at every stage of their journey. Our goal is to create a platform that will bring together government services, business services, and payment tools in one place — from the moment they arrive in the country until their departure," emphasized Kasymaliev.
In this regard, the Prime Minister instructed the Department of Tourism, as well as the ministries of digital development and finance, to work together with JSC "Tündük" to quickly develop requirements, secure funding, and implement the technical component of the unified digital tourist platform.
