
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation expressed its condolences to Tajikistan in connection with the tragic death of a minor citizen of the republic, which occurred at a school in the village of Gorki-2, Odintsovo. The relevant statement was made by the ministry's press service.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, noted: "We deeply sympathize with the Tajik side, the relatives of the deceased, and all those affected by this attack. The Russian side will adhere to the principles of mutual support that characterize our strategic partnership and alliance with Tajikistan."
Zakharova also emphasized that "every human life is invaluable, regardless of the circumstances."
She added that the Russian leadership will take all necessary measures to ensure the objectivity of the investigation into this incident.
On December 17, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan condemned the murder of a fourth grader studying at the Uspenskaya Secondary School. The ministry expressed condolences in connection with the loss of the child, who was a citizen of Tajikistan.
