Jidalyk - "breast berry"

Jidalyk (Zhiydeli) is a famous lake in Kadamjay. It is a landmark of the city and is located at the foot of a mountain, which is the source of water in the lake. The lake itself serves as a source of drinking and healing water, as well as a recreational area. The place where the water flows out is called Katur-Bulak.
The name Jidalyk comes from the word "zhiyde," which translates from Kyrgyz as "breast berry."

Around Lake Jidalyk, many breast berries, or zhiyde, grow, which is why it received this name.

In the summer, many people come here. Near Katur-Bulak, there is a cave. At the entrance to the cave, the rustling of water can be heard. It is suggested that the water in Katur-Bulak flows out from this cave. The cave features crystals and formations of marble onyx.

This place mainly attracts people with its nature. On the western side of the lake, there are special resting places that were built during the USSR.
