The new headquarters includes representatives from various structures: the Department of Urban Economy, the administrations of all four districts, the Department of Education, as well as the Municipal Enterprise "Bishkekzelenstroy," the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Ministry of Natural Resources.
The headquarters has been tasked with developing a detailed action plan within two weeks and regularly, every three months, informing the mayor's office about the progress of its implementation.
